Gracias a ellos y algunos valientes mexicanos que se les unieron, el Presidente de Chapala no solo propuso una reunión comunitaria si no que, además, invitó al Gobernador, Jefe de Policia, Jefe de Turismo y Jefe del Ministerio Publico para que vengan a escuhar nuestras quejas y a yudarnos a buscar una solución al problema del crimen y la delincuencia que pretenden robarnos a nuestro querido Ajijic.
Debemos recordar que sin el apoyo y la colaboración del pueblo, no hay mucho que nuestros gobernantes puedan hacer.

1.Conţine prea mult colesterol şi grăsimi saturate, care cresc riscul bolilor cardiovasculare. Un pahar de lapte conţine aceeaşi cantitate de colesterol ca o friptura de 100 g;
2. Consumul de lapte de vaca a fost asociat cu o incidenta mai mare de cancer ovarian; se pare ca unele femei nu pot metaboliza galactoza rezultata din descompunerea lactozei (zaharul din lapte), iar galactoza acumulata are un efect toxic asupra ţesutului ovarian;
3. Acumularea de galactoza favorizează şi apariţia cataractei. Aceasta boala este mult mai frecventa în rândul persoanelor mari consumatoare de lapte;
4. Contaminarea microbiana a laptelui este un alt risc legat de folosirea lactatelor. Laptele este un excelent mediu de cultura; dacă nu este tratat corect, riscul de transmitere a bolilor este semnificativ;
5. Laptele este sărac în fier. Un copil, ca să-şi acopere necesarul zilnic de fier exclusiv din lapte, ar trebui sa bea cel puţin 6 căni de lapte pe zi;
6. Laptele este cunoscut ca unul dintre cele mai alergizante alimente, provocând manifestări alergice cutanate, digestive sau respiratorii la copii sau adulţi;
7. Cu excepţia rasei caucaziene (de care aparţinem noi), majoritatea celorlalte persoane adulte prezintă intoleranta la lapte;
8. Exista o asociere puternica intre consumul de lapte şi diabetul de tip 1 (juvenil). Într-un studiu efectuat pe 142 de copii, la toţi s-a observat un nivel crescut de anticorpi fata de laptele de vaca. Se crede ca aceşti anticorpi distrug celulele insulinosecretante din pancreas.
9. Colica la nou-născut are deseori la baza consumul de lapte de vaca de către mama care îl alăptează;
10. Deşi laptele este bogat în calciu, osteoporoza face ravagii tocmai in tarile cu nivel mai ridicat în ceea ce priveşte consumul de lactate. Excesul de proteine de origine animala creste eliminarea urinara de calciu. Laptele de vaca conţine 120 mg Ca la 100 g (comparativ cu laptele de mama, care are 33 mg la 100 g). Dar laptele de vaca mai conţine 97 mg fosfor, comparativ cu 18 mg fosfor din laptele uman. Fosforul se combina cu calciul în tubul digestiv şi blochează absorbţia acestuia.
De asemenea:
- consumul crescut de lapte de vaca în copilărie creste riscul cancerului colorectal la adulţi; - creşterea consumului de lactate pentru suplimentarea aportului de calciu nu scade riscul fracturilor la femei şi la bărbaţi.
Concluzii
Dacă laptele de vaca şi derivatele sale vor continua sa fie o prezenta pe mesele dvs. sau nu, aceasta depinde de alegerea dvs. Alimentele menţionate au multe calităţi, dar tot atâtea dezavantaje, astfel ca decizia este adesea dificila.
Laptele matern natural este, de departe, cea mai buna opţiune pentru alimentaţia sugarilor.
Evitaţi sa daţi lapte de vaca sugarilor şi copiilor mici. Academia americana de pediatrie recomanda sa se evite introducerea laptelui de vaca în alimentaţia copilului înainte de împlinirea vârstei de un an.
Dacă alegeţi sa consumaţi produse lactate, asiguraţi-va ca ele provin din surse sigure, de la vaci sănătoase. Nu consumaţi lapte crud.
Consumaţi doar produse lactate sărace în grăsime şi colesterol (lapte degresat 1%, iaurt, brânza de vaci). Evitaţi untul, smântâna şi brânza grasa. (Adăugirea mea: copiii până în 3 ani nu au voie sa consume produse degresate)
Dacă alegeţi sa nu consumaţi produse lactate, asiguraţi-vă că includeţi regulat în dieta dvs. alimente vegetale bogate în calciu (pâine şi cereale integrale, nuci, leguminoase, migdale etc). În sezonul rece folosiţi supliment de vitamina D, mai ales dacă nu consumaţi niciun aliment de origine animala.
